FOUNDER

Bloss is the owner of Mami’s Bar in Batemans Bay on the South Coast of New South Wales. She has not only has pumped a much needed breath of fresh air into town, she has seen first hand the amount of trauma that exists post fires, floods and COVID within the community. Her vision for this foundation came from her experience in the industry, personal mental health struggle and losing multiple friends to suicide.

DELIVERY MAN

Mathew is the Co-Founder of Guerrilla Roasters, a local coffee roaster based in Moruya on the South Coast of New South Wales. Within his role in the business he communicates with a vast number of hospitality venues on a daily basis and is a passionate advocate for the community in many areas. Mathew is also the Mayor of the Eurobodalla Shire Council and has been an incredible ambassador for the hospitality industry, local community and mental health support, both during his time as Mayor and prior to his election.

FUN COORDINATOR

Chrissy is on the front line pumping out margarita’s and smiles at Mami’s Bar. It is Chrissy’s first management role in the industry and is seeing first hand, the affected within the industry also experiencing the weight of becoming that “accidental counsellor” to colleagues and customers alike. Poor mental health is a growing issue in the younger generation and Christina has personally experienced loss from suicide and is a remarkable advocate for working towards healthier, happier hospitality.
